Research the problem. Build the system.
Algocence is in its research stage and is not hiring yet. When we do, we will look for people who want to do both halves of the work: understand difficult financial problems, and build what solves them.
What working at Algocence involves.
Every role sits somewhere between the research world and the product world — and works closely with both.
Investigate real problems
Study credit, liquidity, markets and public finance using regional data — much of which has to be assembled first.
Turn findings into systems
Write the models, pipelines and software that institutions actually use, with documentation and validation.
Put your name on the work
Contribute to working papers, research notes, model cards and datasets in the Algocence research library.
See it used
Work alongside partner institutions as systems move from prototype to daily use.
